These packages are intented to ensure you achieve a professional Internet Presence. Some of the things you have to consider are:

How many Web pages do you need?
Design/ Layout and writting support? (think of it like publishing a book or magazine)
Images (very important) - will your (clilent) provide Web ready image/graphic files? Would the webmaster assist in scanning & redesign or graphic creation from scratch?
E-Commerce issues? (i.e shopping carts - involves extra prgramming and database integration)
Special effects such as Flash, Java, PHP, etc.? (also requires extra programing)
Turn around time in requested website maintenance? (we always treat our customer's needs with a sense of urgency guaranteeing 1 working day maxium turn around time after your initial request to publish.

Package SB - Standard Business Package - Excellent choice for most businesses Back to the top

Similar to the Small Business Package but on a larger scale.

This Package includes:

- Twelve [12] Web Pages - Design based on "8.5 x 11" page. (e.g.; mission statement, product/service descriptions & pricing, terms & conditions, contact form & ordering information)
- One Feedback Form Page for clients to contact you, with email link to your email address [if provided]
- Company logo [customer provided in ".jpg or .gif" format]
- Up to 4 images per page [customer provided in ".gif" format]
- Up to 300 words of text per web page
- Background (provided by client)
- Up to 300 words of text
- Verification of all links
- Uploading to server
- Free Design and Layout Consultation
- Up to Six [40] external links
- Assistance with obtaining domain name & host Set-Up
- Meta Tag "keywords" & "defination" for search engine support assistance
- Search engine submission to 10 top search engines

Additional Options

Package WMC - Website Maintenance & Consulting Back to the top
A Website Maintenance Contract offers lower cost. The initial contract runs optionally for 4 months to 1 year. Additional contracts are negotiated at a 4 month minimum up to 1 year. Payment of 50% up front with the balance due at the ending of the 3rd month or 6th month respectfully. Complex Web sites may require a higher maintenance fee and longer initial contract.

Web Site Customization & Consulting Services is based on an hourly rate. A time estimate shall be established up-front as well as payment of 50% with the balance due upon completion.

Phone Consultation is also available at an hourly rate, generally only available to clients under contract.

Rates generally parallel the Maintenance and Consultation fees. This is a difficult area to nail down because each case is considerably different. Payment arrangements (just as all of services) are 50% up front with the balance due at the end of the agreed time and prior to publishing.

This package lets you test to see if the Web is right for you and your business without investing into a full web site. This gives you web presence and allows you to see how customers respond. This Package includes:

- Three [3] Web Pages - Design based on "8.5 x 11" page
- Company logo [customer provided in ".gif" format], address and phone number
- Up to 5 images [customer provided in ".gif" format]
- Background (provided by client)
- Up to 300 words of text per web page
- Up to Six [6] external links
- Verification of all links

- Assistance with obtaining domain name & host set-up
- Meta Tag "keywords" & "defination" for search engine support assistance

In most cases, a couple hours of consultation is necessary then our designers will freshen the look and feel of your Website, add graphics and animation and implement new interactive services. In regards to our rates, we believe in good old fashioned value, and we want you to get the best value for your money - which is why we give you tips and tricks of the trade, and generally do our best to help you in your decision.
